The Community Learning and Development (CLD) Partnership consists of six local partnerships across North Lanarkshire. These partnerships involve many of the local services that have a role in developing Community Learning and Development through adult learning, college courses, community groups, employability programmes, health projects, libraries, volunteering, youth groups and everything in between! The six local partnerships link into one North Lanarkshire wide CLD Partnership which aims to provide strategic support for the sector.
Current North Lanarkshire wide partners include:
- Culture NL
- Job Centre Plus
- New College Lanarkshire
- NHS Lanarkshire
- North Lanarkshire Council (including Learning & Leisure Services, Regeneration and Environmental Services, Housing & Social Work Services and the Chief Executive's Office)
- Routes to Work
- Skills Development Scotland
- Voluntary Action North Lanarkshire
The CLD Partnership has set out a strategy for 2014-18, along with an Action Plan for each of the six localities in North Lanarkshire. You can read more about our strategy and action plans here.
